Little Istanbul opened its doors to the public in 2007. And since then Kadirs aim was to always serve the people of Canberra quality Turkish food made with quality ingredients and accessible price. Always family run and due to this we’ve always wanted to have that warm atmosphere were everyone is always welcomed. No matter a dinner for 2 or function or quick bite to eat we always wanted Little Istanbul to be first choice.

At Little Istanbul, we take pride in the expertise of our Head Chef Kadir. With over 30 years of experience specialising in Turkish cuisine, he is a master in the kitchen. Chef Kadir's passion for excellence and vast industry knowledge are evident in every dish he creates. His menus showcase an array of traditional dishes with exciting twists, all prepared using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
